This policy explains how pickup and local delivery work for orders placed with Sammy’s Fish Box on order.sammysfishbox.com. We do not ship food by mail or parcel carrier.
Pickup
Pick up your order at Sammy’s Take Out & Delivery Department, 41 City Island Ave, The Bronx, NY 10464, at the pickup time you chose at checkout.
All merchandise shall be picked up in a timely manner. We will not be responsible if you or your agent is unable to pick up your food order for any reason.
Local delivery
Delivery is available to select local ZIP codes. Use the delivery check on our ordering page to see the published delivery area. Delivery availability, options and fees are confirmed at checkout.
Order minimums
The current minimum is $25 for pickup and $75 for delivery, before taxes, tips and delivery charges. Your cart and checkout show the requirements that apply to your order.
Times
Available pickup and delivery times depend on our opening hours and kitchen capacity and are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates; traffic and weather can cause delays.
